Culterra produces extruded pellets in both its production plants. Extrusion size can differ, based on customer demand, from 3mm up to 8mm.
If the application desires smaller granules than pellets , a crumb broken product is a practical and efficient. Today most product in for example the lawn market are broken crumbed granules. For higher end applications Culterra uses its prilling technology.
Culterra has developed its Prilling technology over the last decade. A organically based round dust free granule in size's from 0,8mm up to 4,5mm
Culterra has 5 fully automated bagging lines. Filling bags from 100gr up to 25 Kg. The lines support tub-foil, flat-foils and preformed bags. Options include Handles, zippers and automated labelling.
Cartons are the packaging of choice for smaller volumes in a retail environment. Culterra automatically fill's cartons from 150gr up to 5 Kg. We use solid-board and fluted carton depending on required specifications.
A tub can be re-used and does appeal certain consumer groups. Another great advantage is that tubs are waterproof and re-closable. and can be placed outside. Culterra fill's round and rectangular tubs.
